A solid jacket is coming from the Nike Sportswear Spring/Summer 2009 Collection – the Umpire Jacket. The jacket has certainly similarities with a classic bomber jacket, but with the choice of materials and colors comes with a more sporty look. Available in two colorways, the jacket has now been released at SV.

Stussy will begin distribution of their 2009 Spring gear on February 21st, 2009 at all North American Chapter stores as well as StussyDirect.com. The collection boasts various Spring weather garments along with with a nice selection of lightweight outerwear for both men and women. Highlighting the drop will be a handful of graphic t-shirts including collaboration efforts with John Pound and Peter Bagge.

A Tone for Tough Times: The Top 10 Fall Colors

Don’t see a color you like? The following are some of the colors as seen on the recent slew of runway shows across the world. While it’s still up in there as to whether recessionary times bring forth more subtle or bold statements in color, the top 10 colors seem to suggest otherwise as we colors such as American Beauty (red – PANTONE 19-1759), Rapture Rose (pink – PANTONE 17-1929) and Warm Olive (green/yellow – Pantone 15-0646). However 2009 fall’s most popular color with 16.5% of designers integrating it into their collection is Iron (dark gray – PANTONE 18-1306), apparently labeled the new black.

Stussy x Dickies Work Pant

Recently we presented to you the new Sophnet x Dickies collaboration and here comes now the new Stussy x Dickies Work Pant. The pants comes in the classic solid colors and also in a plaid version. The logos of both brands have been placed above the back pocket.

This is only th beginning of Dickies for 2009, a lot more to come. We will keep you posted!

The Stussy x Dickies Work Pant will be released on February 21rst.

Supra Spring 2009 New Era Caps

Matching some of their more prominent Spring 2009 Footwear, Supra presents an equally strong New Era cap collection this season. The magenta tiger print as well as the fingerprint design that we have seen on their sneakers also made it onto the caps. Other styles orientate themselves also on the footwear, but more in terms of colors.

BBC | Ice Cream drop some new hits for February as the brand features both a mix of graphically driven t-shirts and sweaters alongside more subtle jacket and denim. The graphic stuff incorporates some familiar imagery while hoodies take on an interesting cut. Rounding out the releases are two denim offerings including a jacket and jeans. Nike SB Dunk Low Premium Angel & Devil

Having already executed the Angel theme on a set of Air Maxs some years back, Nike decided to add both arch enemies together into an SB Dunk release. The kicks receive Nike’s premium treatment with a nice medley of material choices and special detailing including the Angel/Devil graphic insoles and tag detailing. The kicks are available now at select Nike SB dealers including Kix-Files.
